MATERIALS:
Styrofoam Balls,  Tooth Pick,  Crafters Glue,  Awl,  Sewing Thread,  Beverage Napkins,  Small Size Washi paper or Crepe Paper for Head,  16 Guage Wire.
HEAD:
1.  Put a tooth pick with dab of glue into the head- Fig. 1
2. 
Washi Paper - Cover with a couple of layers including neck with
     fingernail size torn paper with glue.
Crape Paper - Use 3" x 4"
     stretch to make a square shape, gather around the tooth pick
-Fig. 2,
     tie down with thread -

     a dab of glue.

BODY:
1. Lay down 2 napkins as Fig. 4. Put a neck through
    the middle.
2. Flip the napkins -
Fig. 5. Gather the napkins
    around the tooth pick, make sure the distance is
    about 1" -

    thread.

3.  Flip over, gather around the waist, tie with thread.
4.  Punch a hole through shoulder to make an arm hole - Fig. 7
ARM AND BELT:

1.  Cut 2 1/2' wide strips for arm, cut 2 1/4" wide strips for belt & halo - Fig. 8.
*** Dab glue on red arrow area to prevent unraveling. Hold glued area with left forefinger
       and thumb. With right forefinger & thumb, roll
A & B to the same drection, keep
       untangling them. When
A & B are tightly rolled, hold them together with right ,
       fingers, twist C area in the same direction as
A & B.
2.  Let the thicker rope go through a hole for the arm, tie the ends together 
     as hands.

3.  Use thinner rope as a belt. tie the knot on the back.

HAIR:
1.  Cut along the folded line, make 4 pieces. Cut 3/8" strips, tie
     loosely with thread in the middle - Fig. 10. Crumble real
     tight, relax them.
(Left side in Fig. 10)
2.  Smear glue on the back side of head, position curly hair on
     the head.

WINGS:
Cut 2 3" x 3", fold in half diagonally (A), gather the three points together and make a flower petal shape (B), tie with thread (C), trim off the tip. Glue on the ends and put together, let dry. put on the back of angel with glue.

STAND:
Use 16 guage wire, start to make a circle with outer line at least 2 1/2" diameter. When you reach the middle, bend wire upward. You can paint the wire with acrylic paint after you make a stand. Cut 6" height from the floor.
