This fish mobile is so light that it will keep moving with the slightest air movement in your
room. Since you are using clear plastic with tissue paper it looks almost transparent.
MATERIALS
Clear Film (Medium to Heavy weight), Scotch tape, ELMERS or White glue, Acrylic Paint (White, Black, Blue), Color gift wrapping tissue paper, 2 20 guage wire, 28 guage wire, Small paint brush, Scissors, Pliers, Thin fishing wire or nylon thread.

1. Print out 4 hard copies for 4 different fish.
2. Cut roughly along the outline of your fish, then cut out a dotted line in the middle. Make 2 sets
   of the same shape.
3. Put a cut out fish on a clear film with Masking tape (Fig 1). This will prevent the fish from
    slipping away from the film.

4. Close all "V" areas with Scotch Tape. (Fig. 2)
5. Make a hook with 1 1/2" 28 guage wire. (Fig. 3) Position a hook about on the mid section with tape.
***Make sure the bottom of the hook is well knotted to prevent it from slipping out. (Fig. 4)

ASSEMBLE:
1. Use the same shaped fish, facing hollow sides together. Use Scotch tape along the
edges and close them. (Fig. 5)
2. Cover with a couple of layers of white tissue paper. Use *half & half glue.  Use a
brush or finger tips to dab down on the surface. This will prevent smearing of the
    paper.  *1part glue + 1 part water.
3. Cut colored tissue paper in different shapes. (Fig. 7) Select the base color ( I
chose orange color on this one), cover both sides with glue.. (Fig. 8) Add cut out
shapes and create a nice colorful design.
4. Add eyes on both sides. (Fig. 9) I use black and white Acrylic paint.
***Pencil in lightly, making sure that eyes are asymetric.

HANGING WIRE:
Use 20" 18 guage wire for the hanger. About 1/3 down on the wire section make a loop (Fig. 10)  Make a ring on both ends. (Fig.10-B,C) Do the same to the other wire. Twist open the "C" with just enough space to put in the second wire loop. (Fig. 11)

HANGING:
Use fishing wire (Thinner is better) or nylon sewing thread. Tie one end to a fish hook, the other end to the hanging wire loop. I use 2" to 6" lengths on mine. (Fig. 12)
