MATERIALS:
Crepe Paper,   1" D Styrofoam Balls,  Tooth Pick,  Crafters Glue,  Sewing Thread,  Scissors
1. You can use styrofoam without changing the shape. I prefer to make it
slightly smaller - Using thumbs & forefingers, press down evenly, make
    shape as Figure 1.
2.  Put a tooth pick with a dab of glue into the head.
3.  Use 3" x 4" for a head. Stretch to make a square. Put a ball in the middle,
gather around the tooth pick to form a neck. Tie down with thread. Fig,2 & 3.
4.  Using Figure 4-A-NECK, dab on a small amount of glue to cover the thread
     area. ( Red area)
HEAD:

ARM:
1.  Use 4"X 6" , roll and make a cigarette shape. Do not roll it too tight!
2.  Tie each end 1/4" in from the end, do not cut the thread too close! Leave several
inches for later hand gathering, Figure 5.
3.  Tie down on arm piece with thread as Figure 6.
4.  Double fold jacket pieces along the ripple. Drape over the shoulder. Tie down with thread
     around the waistline, Figure 7.
Figure 8
SKIRT:
Use 5" x 12". Pleated evenly around the waist (Fig. 8). **The more pleated, the fuller the skirt will be. Tie down with thread as figure 9. Using a small strip: Figure 4-B-WAIST as the neck, Figure 10.

HAIR:
1. Use a piece for the hair, cut 1" long, 1/4" strips as a double sided
    hair comb.
2. Roll each end with a tooth pick as curling hair, Figure 11.
3. Put glue on the area where you are going to put the hair, Figure 12.
Arrange hair piece as you please.

and tie down with thread, Figure 14. Cover thread
area with a small piece of paper, Figure 15.
2. Put a small dab of glue on the middle of your wing.
Put on the back side of your angel.

FINALIZE:
Tie down hands together with the extra thread you have left. If you would like to have a halo, you can make a rope with yellow or white paper.

The white angel is the basic one. Once you are comfortable with it, you can start making with different color combinations or different height and width.
